The site
LeJeune Home Services Group publishes this site to describe our business and to collect inquiries from contractors and, on separate pages, from homeowners requesting a contractor follow-up. Content is for general information. It may change without notice.
No professional advice
Nothing here is legal, insurance, licensing, or contracting advice. Roofing and other trades are regulated. Homeowners should hire licensed contractors and make their own decisions. Contractors remain responsible for their own licenses, insurance, workmanship, and customer relationships.
Inquiries are not contracts
Submitting a form or sending email does not create a business relationship, reserve territory, set pricing, or require us to deliver or accept leads. Any paid arrangement will be in a separate written agreement.
Homeowner requests
A homeowner form is a request for contact about an estimate or inspection. It is not a quote, appointment, or guarantee that a contractor is available in every ZIP code. We may decline or be unable to place a request.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no scraping that burdens the service, no submitting false contact information, no attempts to break security, and no use of the forms to spam or harass. We may ignore or delete submissions that look abusive or incomplete.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, layout, and marks are owned by LeJeune Home Services Group unless noted otherwise. You may not copy the site for a competing service. You may link to public pages.
Disclaimer and limitation
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by Louisiana law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website itself. This paragraph does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and it does not change any future signed contractor agreement.

Governing law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a court finds a part unenforceable, the rest still applies.
